fix: correct command aliases - g i now initializes repo, g int for interactive mode

- Changed 'g i' from interactive to init command
- Updated 'g interactive' alias from 'i' to 'int'
- Verified 'g ls' and 'g ll' working correctly
- Updated all documentation (README, QUICK_REFERENCE, help text)
- Bumped version to 0.6.4
